Job Description:

We’re in search of a talented and experienced Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our project on a contractual basis. If you have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and possess expertise in using Figma, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, user needs, and business requirements.

• Create user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into the final product.

• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

• Proficiency in Figma is a must.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, visually appealing designs.

• Experience with creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

• Experience with animation and micro-interactions.

• Understanding of accessibility standards in design.

• Previous experience working on contract-based projects.
